1.4 “We”, “Us”, “Our” means ChoreSwap.com and ChoreSwap.co.uk; "Member(s)" means any person whose membership has been accepted by Us and whose membership remains valid for the time being; "Post" means display, exhibit, publish, distribute, transmit and/or disclose Information on or in connection with the Service, and the phrases "Posted" and "Posting" shall be constructed accordingly; "Profile" means the section of the Service containing details, photographs and/or other Information about You; "Service" means the service provided by Us to You including, but not limited to, Us allowing You to browse the Website, contact and/or be contacted by other Members through the Website and/or Post information on the Website; "User" means any person who browses the Website;
2. LICENCE
2.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from the Website for Your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on the Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on the Website are used separately from the corresponding text; and
(c) Our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.

3.1 While We endeavour to ensure that the Website is normally available twenty four (24) hours a day, the Company shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4. OUR SERVICES TO YOU
4.1 All Members:
(a) may post information about themselves in their profile on the Website. This profile will be visible to other Members who make a search which fits with criteria contained in Your profile;
(b) can upload photographs of themselves to their profile;
(c) can invite their friends to join in order to help build the community.
(d) can search for other Members on the Website;
(e) may receive emailed messages sent by Members, which will be sent to the email address contained in Your Member details;
(f) will receive certain types of message sent in order for Us to deliver the Service optimally. These are outlined in the privacy policy (click here)
(g) Send email messages to other Members.
5. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
5.1 You will not:
(a) post information which breaches, infringes, violates and/or is contrary to any law, by-law, statute and/or regulation or code of conduct or any other parties\' rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and/or privacy rights);
(b) use the Website as a vehicle for formal trading. This purpose of the Website is to enable people to develop friendships and do favours for each other in an informal way.
(c) misuse in any way the Service or any information posted on the Website;
(d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any information available on or via the Website or to any of the networks used in providing the Website;
(e) copy, in whole or in part any of the information on the Website (including, but not limited to any information contained in other Members profiles other than as necessarily required;
(f) post any junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any similar or fraudulent schemes or any inappropriate form of solicitation; or collection of the responses to any such schemes or solicitation;
(g) post any Information which in Our opinion is capable of offending others;
(h) attempt to mislead other Members in any way regarding Your identity, experience or capabilities; and
(i) attempt to sell any products or services to any other Member.
5.2 You will:
(a) Use all reasonable endeavours to honour your side of any agreement You make with another Member. If you agree to swap chores with another Member, You will use all reasonable endeavours to honour Your side of the agreement by carrying out the chore You agreed within the timescale agreed. Should You fail to do so, We reserve the right to cancel your membership;
(b) Take full responsibility for the agreement you make to swap chores with another Member;
(c) You will notify us immediately of any irregular behaviour, offensive content or continued misuse of the Website by another Member that you become aware of by emailing us at ChoreSwap@gmail.com; and
(d) use all reasonable endeavours to make reasonable checks on the capabilities and experience of the Member you are swapping chores with to ensure their ability to deliver the service agreed.
6. VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT
6.1 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material You transmit or post to the Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We shall have no obligations with respect to such material. We and Our designees shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
6.2 You warrant and represent to Us that information posted on the Website by You is accurate and complete and will be regularly updated so it remains accurate and complete.
6.3 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Website any material:

11. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

11.2 We may terminate your membership with immediate effect at any time, ,upon giving You notice by email:
(a) if You breach Your obligations contained in these Terms of Use;
(b) if in Our reasonable opinion, any information posted by You is damaging or potentially damaging to Our business or other Members;
11.3 We may terminate your membership without cause with seven calendar days notice, upon giving Members written notice on the Website if We remove the Website from use.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1 This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
